WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!
What a busy Saturday it's been already!! I've been out shopping all morning and I can't find any squirt guns...can you believe that??? I even went to the dollar stores. Anixous for ham tomorrow. Off to meet with DD's contractor. The basesment walls are up and he has questions about drains and junk like that.
I've been on Maintenance for 2 1/2 years and doing great!!!

Beautiful day here. The farrier came and all the donkeys and Poppy got their toes trimmed. Then I was off to see Chili. It's about a 60 mile drive and the day was gourgeous. The trainer and i drove Chili and I am pleased at how he is coming alone. No baby yet but I am going back on Monday so maybe she will have foaled by then.

I'd like to thank God and the makers of my Sleep Number bed for this beautiful day. I seriously do not know how anybody with back problems lives without a sleep number. The ability to make it firmer when my back hurts gives amazing relief.
