I agree with Price, decarb and decaf before. Giving up diet coke was one of the hardest for me, but I'm so glad I did it pre-op.

Get lots of rest before and try to relax.

This is such an exciting time for you....enjoy it!!!  Stay busy!!  Eat as healthy and "post-opish" as you can over the next 10 days (protein, no drinking with meals, water, etc.)

Good times are ahead!  I'm so thrilled for you and praying for a successful surgery!

The day before surgery take some naked or tight clothes photos of yourself. front back sides.

Take measurements around your thighs, belly, butt, boobs, arms (upper and forearm), neck.

One of the most fascinating and encouraging things through my journey was being able to always take some quick measurements and see just how far I had come. Just awe inspiring.

It really helps get you through any low points and when it feels like you're not losing weight it helps so much to be able to see you're losing inches!

I was absolutely floored at the end by how much I lost and where WOW!
