I don't have to do the pre-op dieting that some have to do, so I am thankful for that. Im just gonna keep my head down and trudge thru this week. Just so many things running thru my mind...

Even though you don't have required pre-op dieting, I suggest weaning yourself off sodas and caffiene before surgery. And cut out all white carbs. It will make life easier for you after if you have already given up that stuff.

I "second" Prices advise - decarb if you can - it will make things easier. Since you don't drink soda or caffeine - you're already ahead of the game.
