Ran 40 minutes last night.  Going to up that to 45 minutes tonight.  Have a 5 K coming up 4/21--got to get my stamina back up.

S:  protein coffee  20g
B: 1 slice bacon, 2 scrambled eggs
S: protein coffee 20 g
L: 1 double fibre wheat bread, boarshead hame and turkey, 1 oz chips
S: 1/2 protein bar
D: boiled shrimp
S: SF fudgsicle

That's great that you are into the 5K's.  If I excersied at all I think running would be what I'd want to do.

Today is my day off, just doing a little laundry/cleaning :)  My boys are home due to spring break !
B- unjury choc splenor prot shake with silk ligh
S-cashews
L-1/2 mixed berry quest bar and a few cheez its
S-grapes
D-chili with cheese and greek yogurts (per oldest DS request)
S-proteins silk shake with PB2, yummy !
