Menus and Miles Tuesday April 3rd
Hi Everyone!
Forgot to add my M&M's yesterday. Going to do it now just because I want to be accountable:
Mon Meals:
B- greek yogurt
S - cheese stick, rasperries
L-veggies , protein avocado dip
S--cottage cheese, fruit
D- beef stroganoff
S--sugar free jello
Vitamins--done
Water--50 oz (whoops)
Miles--stationary bike 2 half hour rides; (spring--didn't count this as exercise, but I woke up with muscles I didn't realize I had! HA)
Today
Meals:
B- one egg, 4 oz yogurt
S- Strawberries w/vanilla ricotta cheese dip
L- Shrimp
S- pistachios
D-Salmon
S-sugar free jello
Vitamins-done
Water/Liquids--45oz so far
Miles--major gardening (shoveling, hoeing, bagging, hedge trimming) one hour
I think I need to up my workouts or something. I'm losing slowly or not at all. My doctor said I'm doing fine, but he also said the first year is the most important. I'm stressing a bit. In my head I know not to compare to others, but at the same time, I keep going, "look at the others!!!" ha ha Dang! I'm my own worst enemy.
On a strange note--in the gardening extravaganza today, I found the neighborhood cat in one of our hedges and it had had kittens! Four or five kittens! My DH is not too thrilled with this. We've had a lot of problems with this cat coming into our yard. It attacked our cat last year and cost us a pretty penny at the vet! HA HA Our cat is an indoor cat, but she goes out on our patio and stays there when we are there with her. Unfortunately, the other cat came into our yard one day when we were there and Jenny decided to chase it out. When they both got past our yard, the fight was on. ha We are trying to find the owners now.

L: 1/3 ww sirloin entree from Applebee's ...2oz steak and1/3 spinach stuffed portobello
S: apple slices and light string cheese
D: 1oz turkey on sara lee delightful bread
S: skinny cow icecream or 100 cal popcorn
Miles: 25 min jog, 30 min elliptical, 20 min strength training
Vits done

I haven't been posting menus for a few days. Seems I was eating the same thing day after day anyway, but I thought I'd check in.

L: meatloaf (20g)

D: french onion soup
S: 1/2 canteloupe
VITAMINS:
almost done. one calcium batch left.
MILES:
100 situps. My sciatica is bothering my leg, which usually means I've let my stomach and/or back muscles go without exercise for too long. I think the leg feels better. I'm taking it out for a walk up the hill to work my back in a few minutes.
