Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

My Lemon Tea order came in...YEAH!!!   I was hopefull it would come early yesterday so I left it posted on my menu but no such luck for the afternoon drinks but I had one before bed.

I've been on Maintenance for 2 1/2 years and doing great!!!

Still not feeling too good today, home from work due to my eyes :(  catching up on DVR and taking care of DS due to strep throat:(

Water-still working on it

Exercise-none today, eyes are too sensitive to light.

Glad your Lemon Tea order came in.  I have to go out of town next week for work and ordered some yesterday because I was afraid I might run out while I was gone!!  It should come in by Friday this week so I should have plenty.

Mandy,
I did make the carb quick cinnamon rolls.  I'll get the recipe tonight when I go home and post a What's Cooking topic tomorrow and post it there.  I posted it a while back but probably can't find it again.  I tried making it with the Atkins flour, but it was not nearly as good as the CarbQuick.

The cream cheese is wonderful.  I even spread a wedge on a graham cracker(you might be too early out for a graham cracker-not sure) and it was great!!  It is in the cream cheese section at our Walmart.

thanks for the reminders to reorder protein.  I ordered a new vanilla and will let you know if it is good when it comes. 

DH had a colonascopy this morning and I had PT after lunch.  Came home ready to drive Poppy and it has rained all afternoon, boohoo.

decaf protein coffee  35g

2/3s of 1/2 baja salad from Wendy's

turkey meatballs, kraut
chicken, salad with lettuce from my garden
protein shake  35g

this very low carb has been working.  I was 118 Sunday when I came home from vacation.  115 today.  Back in my comfort zone.
