Thanks for the information. I just went and got some snack size bags of peanuts to keep handy. I guess those aren't going to help much. I'm a bit afraid to drink orange juice or use the glucose tablets in case they cause me to dump. How about cheese and crackers? Would that help. I recall seeing people post about keeping those cheese and cracker packs on hand in case they have an attack.
