For those of you who are new, I once was too. I had a great angel, Linda, and tons of support from pre-surgery through starting maintainance. Then I had this knee thing that wasn't anything related to WLS. Through that, this forum has supported me too. I've whinned, complained, had pity parties and not once did anyone tell me to get over it. Most recently, I went on vacation for 10 days. No scale for 10 days and all of my insecurities are back. And I was supported through that.
Roz, Gina, Linda, Danielle, Jody, Tazz, Maria. You ladies have been my rock for the past 2 yrs. Stacy and all my contempraries in this journey, we have done it together. Mandy and all of you who are starting your journey, hang around. This is THE place to help ensure your success. Thanks everyone for making this a great board.

You definitely deserve to do some whining - knee surgery definitely is not soething that is easy to go through. I've definitely enjoyed your posts about your ponies too - I can see how therapeautic they are for you!

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
