I had to leave work this AM b/c of severe eye allergies, I was thinking it was pinkeye, but say the doc this afternoon and she says just severe allergeries, I can barely open my eyes and they are sooo sensitive to light !  I have not had a good eating day b/c I've been so tired for the allergy meds I was prescribed :(

D-pizza and wings :(

Tomorrow  WILL be a better day.

I hope you are feeling better!  You should look into getting the shots my DH gets.  He only gets them every six months and they really help.

No comment on the menu other than don't be fooled that you can get away with eating carbs/fat if the scale doesn't move up.

DD and DGD are finally !!! on their way home from Uganda! They will arrive Tuesday afternoon after 24 hours oflying/layovers. I will be glad to give the care of my DGS back ver to her after 6 weeks of keeping them,though it has been much easier than I had ever anticipated.

I am ready to be a see ya some time Noni again and not a keep you every day Noni,lol

I have been bored  and anxious and dealing with some other emotional issues i am trying to work out and my calories are too high though I am not eating off plan,just too much on plan.

I have 3 months of carb abstinance under my belt and the boys snacks have bothered me less than ever during this time for which I am grateful.

I'm happy for you too! Pictures???   have had mine a lot lately and it is wearing me out so I can't even imagine 6 weeks of it!

I still turn to food when I'm emotional but I find that I still make better choices than I did before WLS and it looks like that's what you do too.  If I ate that many nuts though I'd be cramping up.
