Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

I lost track of the carbs and sugar I had this weekend but I'm sure the scales will remind me in a few days.  Did tons of walking  and running to keep up with two 4 yr. olds though.

Hoping my Lemon Tea order comes today!   I was really low on Protein over the weekend.

We had a GREAT weekend!  We took 12 teams....Won 9 first places, 3 Level Championships (out of 5!!!), 3 $500.00 Checks, Numerous specialty awards, one 2nd, one 3rd, and one 5th, over 300 leather jackets, awesome trophies, and banners.

Besides Worlds at the end of the month it was our last competition of the season. DD has try-outs next week in the new gym and then the next week in the regular gym.  Then it starts all over again.

Good menu!

I have got to remember to order when I open the last one!!   I live (love) this stuff so why do I wait?

I haven't see the Laughing Cow cream cheese????  Is it like the cheese wedges and maybe I just missed it?  What section do you buy the Carbquick cinnamon rolls in?

Love the variety!!

The Laughing Cow Cream Cheese are wedges of cream cheese with flavors!!  They are wonderful.  I found these at Walmart in the cream cheese section.  I had heard about them and figured we would never get them here, but we did.  They had several varieties.  I think a wedge has 35 calories.

The carbquick cinnamon rolls I make from the Carbquick (Carbalose)flour stuff I buy.  I tried to make them with the Atkins flour but I didn't not like it nearly as much.  The Carbquick has a lot less carbs and more fiber.  It is what is recommended if you are doing low carb and want to use flour.  They have an entire website with recipes.  Some I like, some are awful!!

That is their website.  It does have a bitter kind of taste to it, but I've gotten used to it and actually like it now.

Sounds like a great weekend. You needed my horse trailer to bring home all the loot.

Went to the knee surgeon this morning and he was quite pleased with my progress. Then to the gym and now home working. I would love to drive Poppy but after getting caught in the rain yesterday, I need to check the weather first. I lost 2 of my vacation pounds yesterday, hopefully the other one today.

decaf protein coffee 35g
2 fried eggs
lemon tea protein 23g
turkey meatballs
greek yogurt, raspberry flavoring, 1/2 scoop vanilla protein
chicken leg quarter, edemame
protein shake 35g

The only thing my DD's had to bring home was the 3 LARGE checks.  They said they laughed the whole way home because the took up most of the car.  They said they felt like they won the lottery...LOL.

I'm so glad you got a Good Report!!!!!   I'm also glad your vacation pounds are coming off easy.  I didn't have any doubt.  Before WLS I would have not been able to get back to my routine but I think it's easy to do that now.   So far my scales haven't went up from my weekend of carbs/surgar.   One plus from it is my bowels have been working wonderfully and I'm dreading being going back to "norm" for me now.

Good Menu Price!
