Just got back from the gym/pool. I did 10 min on the bike, 5 on the eliptical and my weights, then 10 min of squats in the hot tub. Feels so good to be active again. I'm getting ready to go get Poppy and go for a drive, the first one since November and knee surgery. She will probably be pretty happy to be groomed and get out of the pasture too.
Got to get rid of the extra from vacation so I am basically no carbing it today.

Good luck on your test. No nap for me today. I need to do laundry since I didn't do it yesterday. I have to be back at church by 5:30 for the drama presentation tonight.
Can you eat breakfast early or do you have to wait awhile after you get up and get some fluids in first? I can't seem to eat early. Lunch is usually the first food I eat. Every now and then on the weekend I'll try something after my coffee but sometimes it doesn't sit too good.

First time posting my M&M ~ decided to post instead of just read! HA I think it will help me feel more accountable--long run, help my plan.
Menu:
B - egg, 4oz of yogurt
S - pistachios, cheese stick
S - coffee
L - chicken/cheese roll-up (no bread)
S - veggies, hummus
S - cottage cheese
D - salmon
S - veggies, high protein avocado dip
Vitamins -- done
Water-- 40 oz done, 40 oz to go
Miles--30 min treadmill
And the usual Sunday chores: laundry, cleaning, hair-pullling, heiny-kicking, blah blah blah. :)
