April Fool's Day - Sunday Weigh In

Aimee, being a military spouse is hard at best and sometimes impossible but remember, you aren't alone. While we may not be in your shoes many of us do understand an absent spouse due to job. Properly eating for yourself is hard. And maybe change to pills that can be crushed iinto food for now? Find a way to hide the taste?

It's a slippery slope for sure...adding food to gain without going too far. Sounds like you found your range tho...now just to get back to it.

Thanks for the good wishes. It wasn't so much a struggle to get lower but wanting to get lower to have some bounce back built in for later. I also wanted to find my range and I did...where I am right now is right where I want to be. :)

Maintenance takes constant vigilance and exercise. Staying within my range, but it would be easy to go up, if I put on blinders.

Total change +2

It really is April fools day, isn't it.  I really am baffled.  I have done nothing different.  In fact, I've been tracking my food again and I even cut out 2 of my snacks and my weight is going up.  The number isn't bad but of course my biggest fear-that no matter what I eat I will gain all my weight back.  I have regained weight in the past but I always knew why and expected it.  I had been eating the same and staying the same for months, all of the sudden it starts going up.  And what is really strange is at the exact same time my weight starts going up I develop the worse headache of my life.  I still have it, day 17.  Is it a coincidence?  Where is Dr. House?

I think I despise headaches more than any other ache out there.

I know the scale going back up is scary...hang in there, you will find your way.
