Could be just a glitch to bounce up today, if you go right back down don't get too weirded out. That's why we try to stay accountable here with ourselves...weekly is often enough to catch it before it gets too out of hand.

Not home last week but I think 2 weeks ago was 115
This week   118
Up 3, not good but not horrible for 10 days of vacation.  I know what to do.  Up protein, lower carbs, back on schedule.

Not too bad, Price for being on vacation but yeah, time to buckle down and head it back the other direction and get those 3 lbs off.

Liz - you're doing great, but sleep apnea surgery is a hard way to lose a couple of pounds!

I'm doing fine - weight loss may have slowed, but that's a good thing, as I don't want to land much less than 130 (I'm 5'7")
last week 132
this week 132.

I didn't check in last week because we were on vacation in Scottsdale, Arizona.  First time I've golfed in 3 years and losing the excess weight sure makes a difference in how I feel on the course.  Looks like I'll be joining my husband more often   BTW, my new golf attire is a size 10.  Woohoo!

Two Weeks ago:  142
This Week:  140
Minus 2 lbs

Liz,
Wow!  Now that's a lot of weight to lose in one week.  Hope you feel better soon.

Oh, I bet you had a blast on vacation.

And I can SEE you breaking thru into the 130's this next week. Great going.

Yeah, it's a lot, esp this far out but not unheard of...

I know I have been absent from the boards.  Ive been going through some depression I think.   Its been hard trying to get back on track and feeling better.  Im still having a hard time eating some foods without getting sick.  Also taking any pill makes me really sick, so Ive been slacking on those as well.  I keep waiting for something else to happen to me.  I know Im in a bad place.   My hubby was only home for 2 weeks, but it made all the difference when he was home, till he had to go back.   I am eating protein first, and upped my carb intake.   I am to thin for my liking (Im 5'7 with a large bone structure)  4s are getting big on me, and I want to be back about 140-145 range.  But Im taking that very slow because if I start gaining, then how hard will it be for me to stop.

Liz, Ive been reading the boards and I know you had your sleep apnea surgery.   I know you were struggling to get lower and now by these means you did get there.   Good luck progressing on the food, and feel better super soon.

Aimee
