Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!
 

I'm having a terrible time with my computer today.  Everything is taking forever to load.  I've turned it off several times but that doesn't seem to be helping.

I've been on Maintenance for 2 1/2 years and doing great!!!

Lunch:   2 Hard Supreme Tacos...took awhile to eat these and I still feel hungry

Just reading your menus is making me hungry. I have had NADA today. Doing the dreaded prep for upper and lower scope in the morning. Hopefully we will get a plan for healing my ulcer and find out why I go from diarrhea to constipation and back again!

Hi Roz,
I hope you don't have a computer virus.  Mine slowed down a few months ago and it was a virus.  They had to wipe it clean and reload everything.

S:  Chocolate chip Cookie from McDonalds - oh well...

Linda, those chocolate chip cookies from McD's are awesome !!  I haven't had one in over a year :(  Oh man, now I want one LOL  I can resist :)

D-2 chicken wings (threw them up, the didn't sit well @ all)

Water-a little low today, it was a busy day in the OR and I had to leave work to go and see the GI specialist

Apparantly AOL was upgrading and it was slowing everything down.  It's working great today.  I need to get someone in to look at my home computer.

I can't buy chicken salad and things like that out.  They must use a lot more fat than I do at home. I always get crampy.
