I've been trying not to think about how fast they go by.  DH turned 60 and it really makes you think about what might be in store for us in the next 10 or 20 years.  I so desperately want to stay in my right mind and enjoy my DD's and grandchildren.  I was in my 40's when the first DGD was born and here we are 60 yrs for this last one. We will be lucky to see him graduate college.

I keep forgetting to try the Laughing Cow on my sandwich.  It sounds so good every time you post it.

Good Job!

Have you tried the MIO flavorings?  They are so convenient to put in your purse because they don't spill. It only takes a squirt so it lasts a long time.

I can eat the same thing every day too.  It does make this whole process easier when I don't have to be constantly thinking about what I'm going to eat.

I hope your DD is feeling better now.

Good Job!

I figured it's time to start posting my menu again since the scale has suddenly gone up with no obvious changes in what I eat.  I expected bounce back I just didn't expect it to happen so fast.  I want to gain in a slow, controlled fashion, not be up 3 lbs in 6 days.
B protein decaf, sf protein pudding
L Greek yogurt with sf pudding mix and sf cool whip, nut thins with whipped cream cheese
D butter chicken over cauliflower rice
S sf fudgecicle
S protein pudding with cool whip or Greek yogurt with sf pudding mix and sf cool whip (I also add half a scoop of protein powder when I make this
S popcorn with butter if I have time before bed, I have to be up early tomorrow for a CT scan and MRI so going to bed early
S again if I have time before bed, protein sf cookie

No exercise recently because I am still dealing with the headache from hell.  Hoping for an answer with the tests tomorrow
water and vitamins are usually fine.

Maybe the weight gain is because you suddenly cut back on your exercising.

Are you on a special diet that you are only eating puddings and yogurt?
