They have this side to side swing thingie at walmart . Last time i saw it was on sale for about 80 bux - and it targets the flanks and the waist . Also , he ablounge is another geat piece of exercise equiment that really helps tone up the midsection fast and relatively painless ly .
I DONT know why we imagine that we are exepmt from doing the sit up s the rest ofthe world needs to in order to maintain their six pack lol !
We have a back sit up debt .. thats the way i put it to myselff. I love Price's answer!! I do actually look like I have some boobs now...they don't just roll into my belly.
I wear a stretch camisole everyday not too tight so it helps with it some. I think Zumba really helped mine. I could tell a big difference after about 6 months - of course I'm not going right now.

They *breath* so you can wear them without getting too hot and they don't roll up if you put them on according to the directions (stepping into them, not pulling them over your head).
