Did you watch the Today show this morning? They did a story on WLS and Type II diabetes. She actually called it Diabetas Surgery instead of Weight Loss Surgery.

I had to go visit my friends at the nursing home during lunch today so I had to eat and run. I'm going to try and make a better effort of updating my meals each night or the next morning. I seem to be eating more at night and need to stop...

Crazy schedule here today because of the guys and a dinner show tonight so my fluids had been off but I'm working on it with a big protein drink as I type.

Fighting major melancholy today. I much prefer that word as I loathe the word depression and its classification as a "mental illness." Abraham Lincoln had melancholia most of his life. If we'd labeled him mentally ill, he'd never have been president. Everybody gets down from time to time. If it's not chronic and long lasting, it ain't no mental illness!

4 GS cookies? I had 3 of the oatmeal peanut butter and I had a major dump. I can still only eat about 8 grams of sugar at a time. I am so happy I have the fear of dumping!

l- 3 oz of chicken breast, 1/2 tbsp of mayo, cucumber, 4 nut thin crackers
d- 3 oz fish, 1 oz of cheese, aspargus 5 spears, 8 nut thin crackers
s- 1 scoop of protein 8 oz of kefir
Protein total 106g calories 815
exercise: 20 min treadmill, 15 min. power plate, 45 min spin class, 40 min of weight lifting
