They are in a package made by Old Wisconsin. They are pretty good and the taste is strong enough that I don't really want to eat anything after them...LOL
Good menu!

Traveling definately has me off schedule but I have been trying. One of the handiest things I have figured out is that I can make a lemon tea and leave it in the car while I go to PT or where ever, then have it when I am ready. It means I don't have to find water, etc and I am fine with it room temp instead of with ice. DH and DS eat so differently than I do, both in terms of time and amounts and what they eat that traveling together is not very easy. With my protein coffee in the morning, a lemon tea when I need one and a protein bar, I can manage. Cheese sticks also help greatly when I want real food instead of a protein bar.

I can drink my Lemon Tea at room temperatures but I really don't like too. I like lots of crushed ice in cold water. It is hard when you are away from home but I can usually find water in a fountain and most places will give me crushed ice. If not DH will get a large soda drink and he saves me the ice.
Good job for being away! Try the turkey legs in the Park....YUM!

Good evening Roz!!! Had my 20g protein shake and vitamins, supplements. Ate an egg and large cup of coffee this morning . Didn't eat lunch and had two tacos for supper...wanted three but didn't also had three Oreos . I am looking forward to this week as I am going to make my batch of Chinese food. Which lasts me a few days if no one else eats it. I take 1/2 pound of sirloin steak in strips, lightly fried in canola with a dash of sesame oil. Put in straw mushrooms with garlic and onion add Napa cabbage.t Remove to a bowl. Stir fry bamboo shoots with water chestnuts and carrots cut thin remove to a bowl. Stir fry green and red peppers or asparagus or snow peas. Combine all ingredients in wok. Stir in ginger paste 1tbs with a splash of sherry and soy sauce, simmer for a minute add wedges of tomato and oyster sauce. Pepper mill lightly, if you like sauce thick add a bit of dissolved corn starch. I serve on rice or Chinese noodles. I tend to maintain or lose a couple of pounds when I eat this. The veggies really fill you up if not careful but I would eat this two times a day till gone usually three days. I don't know if it's me but I love it and my family doesn't as much ! Have a nice night see ya soon......Jeff
