 Meg, unfortunately I slowed up but my urine is still a very pale yellow so I'm ok for the moment. BUT, I can't rely on that for long. Tried sipping today, ended up with most of it on me not in me. So back to the syringe for now.

Yeah, I feel a smidgen better than yesterday. Taking my pain meds on schedule helps, I'll come off them when I need to later. I'm allowed 1-2 every six hours so taking one each time is holding me at a level I can handle.

What is hard is trying to stay warm when you have a cold pack wrapped on your head.

Oh, I would hate to have to put ice on anything now.  I'm always cold.  I used to be always hot.

I'm happy dancing for you too!!! Wish I could drop 5 over night !!!  Speedy recovery !!!  ;-)

We are moving- lifting lots of heavy things with the help of my new muscles from all my gym weight lifting. I'm 20 lbs within reach of my goal weight. Added popcorn, carb free ice cream and fresh apples to my diet. Enjoying my D.S. to the max !!!

Moving is great exercise. Is this a new or new to you house? We moved in Sept, just now starting to see it all come together but ours is a new to us, not new. So lots of renovations ahead. Swinging a hammer helps the batwings go away.
