WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!
 

Just looking out our window and enjoying the beautiful green grass.  Going with DD and SIL to look at kitchen cupboards, doors, stone, etc.  I'm so glad they are including me. 

I haven't had time to post the last few days but I promise I'm going to catch up!!!

Hi Roz.  Feeling better today so I'm sure my food intake will show.

B - 1/2 cup of coffee
L - nothing
D - 4 chicken wings (tips) and 2 pieces of meat lovers type pizza on flatbread.  Was very good.  But didn't feel good again afterwards

Vits - B12 so far
Water - working on it.  been lightheaded a few times today and I know its from dehydration.  Haven't drank much in the past few days (scale shows it too!).

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost

Got a late start today. Slept till 1030! Must have been tired, but now feel blah.

My new DGD's passport was del;ivered last night! we are praising God for that .Now praying for an appointment wwith the US Embassy on Mon afte noon and hoping they will be heading for home this weekend!
