Hi haven't checked in for awhile
Hi I keep waiting to check in until I lose more weight, but it is going very slowly for me right now. Well honestly I have lost slowly from the start. I haven't been excersizing much, I don't have the energy after working all day. I am very happy that I have lost 42 lbs. my goal says 130 but really I think I would be fine at 140, but I realllllyyyyy want to be down to 140 (ten more lbs) it is just going sooooooooo slow. I hope to do pic. on my anniversary date

Those last #s can be frustrating. Try logning on miles and menus and maybe someone will see something that will be helpful. I know when I changed to low carb, about 30 carbs a day, and upped my protein to around 120, I kept losing. You've done great so far and I bet those last pounds will come off if you keep on keeping on. Lots of folks lose well into their first year and longer.
