WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Its been a long week.  I think they snuck a couple of extra days in there.  I can't wait for the weekend!

Hi Roz,
Hope you have a great weekend too!  My parents are coming to my house for the weekend.  The kids and their families are coming for lunch tomorrow.  I think it is suppose to rain all weekend-yuck.  I really need to go for a walk - it helps relieve stress and I think I act a lot nicer to DH when I'm exercising!!

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

Hi Roz - had the flu yesterday so didn't eat much - today was a little better but pouchy still was irritated.

I need to get back on track with my vits and protein.  Hoping tomorrow pouch will be doing better.
