Good Morning. Love my rut

Next week is going to be tough for me. I have to be at a workshop in town at 7AM every morning next week, which means I'll be getting up at about 3:30AM to get my DS requirements / rituals done and get there on time. I am not looking forward to getting out of my lovely rut to do this. Oh, and I get to repeat this mid-April. Ugh!  Ya see, I've got this thing down to a science now and switching up like this is a challenge. I almost wish I could stay at the hotel with the visitors rather than have to drive in. Can't--too much $$$.

I hope everyone has a great Friday and enjoys the weekend. Got plans?

I am with you on the lovely rut thing.  I am up this morning so I can get my protein in, get my stuff packed before the guys.  Sorry the hotel isn't an option, it would make things easier.

This is my longest trip to pack for so far.  We will be gone 10 days and before I have had my camper so I could maintain my rut.  This time we have 2 nights in a hotel, 6 in a condo, and another in an hotel.  I've got the protein packed, protein bars, cheese sticks, vits., nuts.  So more eating out. 

I'm taking the laptop so I will check in from time to time but mostly, I hope to be lying around the pool.  Ya'll have a good week.

I am such a creature of habit.  I know exactly how you feel!

I'm at a meeting in Chicago tonight.  Flying home tonight, but I don't get home until 9:30.  At least I'll be home. 

My weekend plans include exercise, grandkids, and a pedicure.

 I totally got this!  I overslept this morning because I stayed out too late last night.  The only thing I could think of was, "crap, how am I going to get my protein in before I leave"!  I am taking my protein slurry to work for my 2nd protein coffee.  The first goes in a travel mug.

I know exactly what you mean.  That's how I got off my vits and protein - I was traveling so much, my routine was totally messed up. 

Had a 24hr flu yesterday - NO FUN.  Feeling better today.  Lost 4.5 lbs - wi**** would stay off, but know its jus****er...

I'll know soon about the hotel and having to drive home.  Was at the Chantilly office yesterday and asked why they didn't pick that location... would be much easier for my commute!!

Weekend plans - well... the weather isn't supposed to be very good.  I got WAY behind on my unpacking.  So I guess that's what I get to do.  Need to mow the lawn - neighbors are making me look bad - lol.

I have a pile of stuff in the living room to get rid of and not quite sure how to go about doing that.  A lot of it can go to Goodwill or some other non-profit, but there are a few things I want to put on Craigslist.  Honestly, that's on the bottom of the list.... 

Drinking a coffee - seeing how that's sitting. Guess I'd better pull my work computer out and get to work!

Jody, any clothes that you are getting rid of?  My SIL and I went to several consignment shops in Richmond that might take anything you have.  I'm sure they probably have as many or more where you live.  I found some great deals, even got an Easter dress.  That might be a way to get rid of it and make  a little money.  They had shoes and purses also.

I know exactly what you're going through.  I've been gone non-stop since before Christmas - only 4 days home since Christmas.  Some of it pleasure, and some not pleasure.  The net result is that my labs showed up low protein, so my PA is following it very closely, and I've upped my target protein.

Wow Gina, that is going to be a rough week.  I have to go to training the first week of April and it is actually close enough to drive but I would have to leave home early and get back late so I get to stay in a hotel!!  I can't hardly do these long days anymore....

My parents are coming in today, so I had to go buy food at lunch today so we would have something to eat at my house!!  All the kids/families are coming tomorrow for lunch.  I need a vacation to rest from my vacation.

I hate getting off of my schedule.  I'm still trying to get back on it from our trip.
