Menus and Miles Thursday March 22nd

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!
DH is really bummed because he had to start mowing our grass last night after work. Never has he ever had to start in the middle of March.
I gave into the moment the other night and ate 3 Girl Scout Cookies straight out of the freezer! They were delish but boy did I get the shakes. They were the oatmeal peanut butter kind so it was probably the combination of the sugar and fat. MY TOOL IS STILL WORKING...YEAH!!!!! I don't plan on doing that again but just in case....I hid them in the bottom of the freezer so I can't see them every time I open the door...lol.
I know I'm a boring eater and my menus don't change much....LOL Thought I better check my totals on Fitclick.com because I haven't done it for awhile. All of my totals are within range for ME......YEAH!
I've been on Maintenance for 2 1/2 years and doing great!!!
Protein: Matrix (Syntrax) Chocolate Mint Protein 35+g
Snack: 1 cheese sticks
Lunch: 1/2 can of Campbell's Bean/Bacon soup
Protien: Syntrax Lemon Tea Protein 23g
Snack: turkey bites and 1 babybel cheese
Protein: Syntrax Lemon Tea Protein 23g
Dinner: Grilled Hamburger (bun?)
Protein: Syntrax Lemon Tea Protein 23g
Snack: 100 Calorie Popcorn (Always list this but don't always have)

Good morning! Just got back from an 1.5 hour jaunt with Buddy in the park. Amazing, the trees blooming, fly fisherman in the river. I dont think they appreciated Buddy jumping around in the water!

DH cut our grass yesterday when we got home. I had to travel at work today and DD was hurting in her side - we thought it was her appendix, but after a CT Scan they have decided it was a gastro infection and just has to run its course and she has to do liquids for 3-4 days. It has been a crazy day - I'm trying to get caught up from being gone since last week. My parents are coming to our house tomorrow afternoon - no food in my house. I have to go to the grocery store sometime tomorrow.
