Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

I still can't eat eggs.  I'm miserable for hours afterwards.  I had bacon on my sandwich for lunch and it didn't bother me but I can't eat it plain.

Hi Roz!!!!, Been really busy with church as I am teaching confirmation classes and elected VP of the congregation. We are in Lenten season and my wife and I are going twice a week and helping with the Wednesday suppers. Still getting in my protein shakes although the doc cut me down to one a day as my body is processing protein again. I take two multiple-vitamins with 5000 D3, and two caltrates. I am coming up on two years in May and need to watch close to see if I will gain weight. I had the DS but my common is 250cm. So I can absorb a bit more than most. I don't get online as much as I did the first 6 months so I am sorry I didn't check messages that were sent earlier. Take care Friend, Jeff

My allergies have been really acting up the last two days.  Itchy, watery, sensitive eyes, ughh ! I'm still dealing with ketosis breath !!!!  I tried the chlorofresh that someone suggested but it doesn't seem to help.  I looked for your post earlier, guess I missed it :)

Friends of ours moved to FL to get away from allergies.  My DH is miserable in the spring and fall with allergies.  He goes to the Dr. for a shot every 6 months and it really works.
