I am up to have my protein coffee before I go to the gym. On Monday, I didn't finish them and drank one on the treadmill. Let's just say it didn't go well.

Last night I had a CPR class and when I got done (at 8 pm) I just wanted to stop and get a cheeseburger and fries and go home to bed. I can't do that anymore and it was a little frustrating. Do y'all still have those days when your old habits and your new habits clash leaving you frustrated?
Today and tomorrow to finish getting ready for our trip. Seems like too much has to wait until the last minute to do but still, have stuff I can get ready today. Packing protein, washing clothes, etc.
Linda, have a safe trip home.

I'm up and walking this morning. It is the first time in a long time my friend and I have been able to coordinate schedules and sleep to meet at 5:30 for a walk. It was a perfect 56 degrees for walking.
Work today for me. I'm in a big realignment/job structuring project along with writing executive development plans for the company vice presidents. Just busy, and I'm off to Chicago tomorrow.
Got my taxes to the accountant last night! I'm feeling far too responsible today.

I'm up to changing the bed, doing laundry, I have bread making cause altho we don't eat much, we do eat it on occasion and making my own means I control what's in it. Also, it seems to last MUCH longer than store-bought! Got the kitchen cleaned up and we have to take the Piranha Pups for their three month visit.
THEN I want to get back out and get the rest of the front bed ready to plant tomorrow...Got a good size section done yesterday but need to let it dry out some before getting out there again...it POURED buckets last night.
