Where did you find this protein?  I googled it but couldn't find the double stuffed cookie...

I found it at VitaminShoppe. They had one on the shelf. Must be getting around that it's pretty good.

That sounds really good.  I get stuck in a rut with my protein and do the same thing every day.  I have almost a whole tub of chocolate I need to start using.  I just love the lemon tea so much, I miss it if I don't have 2 a day.

Gina,

Thanks for the review. Sounds great - I've never ordered the Nectar drinks so I may order a sample.

Just ordered a bunch of samples from Vitalady. Wish I had ordered that one now. I really don't like eating the same one over and over and almost never complete a tub.I love samples as I can change the flavor frequently. Just haven't found one I absolutely love although I like lots of them.

And I stick with the same 4 tubs of protein (Body Fortress vanilla and chocolate for mixing with greek yogurt, and About Time chocolate and birthday cake for shakes), and (at last count) 17 bottles of SF syrups all different flavors, 4 types of SF pudding mix, 5 types of crystal light, and a box of Alpine SF spiced apple cider.  Then there are 42 bottles of seasonal SF syrups stashed in cases under my sewing table so I don't run out of things like peppermint over the summer.

As long as I stick with the basic protein flavors, I can pretty much mix up anything else I want with the rest of my stash!

As far as yesterday's rant/vent, evil principal did NOT bring up the issue of my breaching confidentiality at the meeting today.  I brought it up to her afterward, and she laughed and said that she had "forgotten" to tell me because it was "no big deal."  I pointed out that breach of confidentiality IS a big deal whether it's about a student or a staff member, and she just laughed.  I will be talking to my boss about moving to another building at the end of the year.  It's a shame, because I enjoy the staff there, but it's too dangerous for me at this point.

I am LOVIN the About Time birthday cake. I don't like proteins that have too much of a fake sugary taste and I really like this one.  I am a creature of habit and have found that my morning ritual includes:

My Oster bottle blender filled with ICE, scoope and a half of About Time birthday cake, a spoonful of instant coffee crystals, a glug of SF French Vanilla DaVinci Syrup and skim milk.  Tastes as good as any Frapp you would get at Starbucks! (ok, in my mind it tastes that good!)

I've also tried the About Time chocolate mint and liked that one too. You can go on their website and order samples, but I buy mine on Amazon where I've found them for $29 and free shipping.

Another tip for About Time is that if you "like" them on facebook, they offer a buy one/get one half off, or buy one/get travel shakes free about once a month.  It really drops the price.

And if I run out before i see a deal I like, there is always a 20% off code of "lifestyle" that they accept.

I recently bought my first tub of Isopure Dutch Chocolate.  I use it to make a protein hot cocoa to start my day.  I use one scoop (25 grms protein) with 8 oz water, a splash of 1/2 & 1/2 and a quick squirt of lite whipped cream.  Very yummy since I can't tolerate protein coffee.
