My scale has been creeping up. Weekend before last, from 113 to 117, then back down to 115, this morning up to 116. I'm not eating any different. So what is with this???? I don't think I can contribute it to adding muscle because I haven't been working out that much, some but not that much. I'm 18 months out, is this rebound all at one time???? I really don't like it right before I go on vacation where I know I will have less control over what I can eat and will be eating out more.

Myabe a little bit of both. I know I'm still redistributing.. I do betcha the yoga and pilates are huge contributors to it though! You go girl!
