Bad Breath
Okay for the past few days my breath has been terrible !! I have tried brushing my teeth, mouthwash, mints....nothing is working. Has this happened to anyone else?

Probably ketosis--keep drinking your fluids to help wash the ketones out. Not much you can do but let it run its course. The good thing is you know you're burning up your fat stores.

You know - now that you say that I think my breath is worse now than it used to be. I bought some stuff at Walmart called "smart mouth" - kinda pricey - but had good reviews. It is about $10 higher on QVC but under a different name "Tri-oral".
I just stated it this week, and I do feel like it is working.

Stick out your tongue. If it is white, you have thrush. it makes everything taste horrible and your breath horrible. It that is it, pretty common after surgery, get a script from the Dr. It goes away pretty quickly and that is about all that will cure it.
