Kim, I hit 135 back in AUGUST!!! I's taken me SEVEN months to lose the next 6 lbs.

My exercising consists primarily of stairs, home renovation, and yard work. Nothing formal or in a gym.

Almost as inexplicable as last week when I didn't deserve to GAIN, this week I didn't deserve to lose!

Yesterday I drank about a week's worth of carbs in the form of green beer (green is really not a good color for beer, but I digress), not to mention the corned beef, brisket, boiled potatoes, cabbage and rolls that goes with that. Today I wake up 2 pounds lighter. I'm guessing dehydration from the 4 glasses of beer.

National Irish Drinking Day is now officially over and I'm back on the carb wagon. :)

Maybe your body needed the shakeup of odd eating to lose this time?

Hey, getting on the rollarcoaster is not fun but as long as you stay in a range or on a downward trend (depending on where you are in this) isn't bad as long as the swings up aren't too high.

I am still in pre-op (2 more months to go) but I am still tracking.  Reading everyone's results is encouraging and helps keep my mind focused on the goals I have set for myself and helps me be patient waiting.  Thank you everyone for sharing and creating a safe place where we can all comfortably hold ourselves accountable without feeling bad.

I need to stop feeling like I can eat whatever I want until I get surgery - especially since I may not get approved!
