I found out about a month ago that myhunger and willpower were out of whack and I had to reel it back in. I think limiting my carbs has made the biggest difference. Carbs make me hungry and I'm anxious for the next one that I'm going to enjoy. Protein doesn't have the same reaction on me. Try upping your protein, drinking more liquids, start measuring, and post what you eat on one of the food sites (every single bite).
