AWE Rebecca...I understand your struggles and I feel awful that you are going through this.  The band either has to be filled or you have to have tons of willpower and it sounds like you are struggling with both.  Don't hate yourself....that will only lead to more overeating and bad choices!

I found out about a month ago that myhunger and willpower were out of whack and I had to reel it back in.  I think limiting my carbs has made the biggest difference.  Carbs make me hungry and I'm anxious for the next one that I'm going to enjoy.  Protein doesn't have the same reaction on me. Try upping your protein, drinking more liquids, start measuring, and post what you eat on one of the food sites (every single bite). 

You have done an amazing job Rebecca and you can get this new phase under control!!!

Saturday was so beautiful that I seriously thought about driving down to meet you all and if I ever get my van fixed or traded in on something that I'm not worried about driving a distance....I'll be there!   By reading the menus it sounds like you went to Red Lobster.
