Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!
 

Beautiful Warm day.....Going with DH to run a few errands and enjoy the weather.  I hope you are doing something to make you smile today!!!

it's beautiful here too but we are suppose to get rain again before the end of the day. I went to the Thrift store this morning and found some capris and tank tops to wear under shirts. My arns are too ugly to wear tanks except under something or at home. Anyway, got some good deals in some good sizes.

Good Job on the shopping Price!

I didn't think my arms were that bad until my 3 yr. old DGS asked me what was hanging under my arm....LOL  I checked out the sale racks yesterday for some long sleeve summery looking tops that I could have the arms shortened but didn't have any luck.  Every year I say I'm going to buy some early for the next summer and I forget.  I'm going to put a reminder in my phone to start looking in the fall.

I bought some of exactly what you are talking about at the dillard s outlet a few weeks ago.  usually stuff there is at least a season off so maybe it was last springs?  i don't know when you would look for them in a normal store.

 Nothing on the agenda here.  Still working on DSD's wedding flowers.  Plenty of time though.  They are silk and the wedding is in December.

I wouldn't have been able to make my DD's flowers that soon before the wedding.  They were still making changes the last month...LOL

Happy Saint Patty Day! The last 6 weeks have been tough...I starting out good the first two but when I was able to eat solid foods again and my band wide open well so was my mouth! I have been eating foods that I havent had in 3 years and I am hungery all the time there is nothing there to tell me Im full stop and I do. I go in two weeks for a fill thank god! I have gained 8 pounds and I hate myself! my clothes dont fit right at all. after 3 years of eating certain foods and a certain about and that no longer works I cant help myself. I know that I can never go back to 5-6 cc fill  because I dont want to run the risk of a slip again and have to have my band removed. because if that were to happen i will be in hell and will not be able to have food in my house. Sounds crazy but I know how I love food.

my husband and my close friends that know I have the band oh you look so good glad you put on a few pounds. REALLY cause my clothes dont fit right, they say well it is only 8 pounds! that is a lot, it really is.
I try to eat good, i have my days but it is more about the amount of food.
