Advice anyone ??!!
I agree with upping your protein and at 11 months, maybe your calories although that will come up some with the added protein.
Many of us use protein in our decaf or coffee and that doesn't require milk. I make my shake at night without milk, just powder, maybe some SF syurp and water/ice. I use Syntrax nectar or matrix. I also do the Lemon tea but like fuzzy navel too with a bunch of water and a crystal light tube.
Definately try adding another shake or 2. With the exercise you are doing, you need the protein.

You could always add some protein to your yogurt to increase the protein content. I do this every morning with my yogurt, since I'm not terribly fond of shakes. Almond milk, unsweetened, is good for shakes and only adds 40 calories and minimal carbs.
The further down in weight that you get, the slower that it will come off. Are you doing any weight training? Mixing up your exercise routine can be helpful.
What is your BMI? If you are within normal range, maybe you are there.

What kind of surgery did you have?
It looks like your most of your carbs are "good" carbs so I wouldn't go any higher but I think they are OK. It is your Protein total that I am more worried about. If more was coming from Whey Protein then 81g would be good.
The more carbs in your menu then the more good Protein you need.
This always worked good for me when I needed to break a stall: Increase your calories through good Protein (preferably a Protein shake) for 3 days and then drop back down.
What is your BMI? Are you at your personal goal or your surgeons goal yet?
Do you post your menu on a site that calculates the totals for you? I try to stick with 50% Protein, 25% carbs, and 25% fat.

I have had RNY and my BMI is 23. I have past my Dr's weight he thought I would get to by 25 pounds less. My personal goal is to lose 15 more pounds !! I have added another shake to my diet and have added a scoop of unflavored protein to the shake to really boost my protein. I journal and log on myfitnesspal every day. I have recalculated my totals to 50/25/25 and I will stick with this =)
Thank you so very much for all your advice and input I was really starting to feel like i was failing my tool !!! I will keep you posted on the "stall" issue . You all really are the best. I could never have gotten to this point without all your help =)
