I am definitely not the expert around here but I think your carb intake is OK. If it was me I think I would increase your protein intake. It looks like you are only having one protein shake per day and one protein bar. Look for a protein shake that you like without mixing it with milk. Extra milk will increase your carbs as well as sugar.  Try getting your protein intake over 100GMs per day. I have heard many people say that when they stalled increasing their protein shake intake without increasing any carbs started their weight loss back up again.
Good luck!  Stay tuned for some of the more expert people to respond too. They will shortly.

It depends on how far you you are, of course, but that seems very reasonable to me. How many hour a week to do you exercise and how intensely? Because that's the other piece of the puzzle.

Angi,
I love the Syntrax Nectar Lemon Tea protein.  I mix it with 20 ozs of water a Crystal Lite Lemon Tea stick.  I mix it in a shaker bottle, let some of the foam die down and then I add ice to it.

I also use the Syntrax Cappaccino Latte and mix it in with my decaf coffe in the morning.  I mix it with my milk/creamer and then pour into my coffee.  If you put your protein into a hot drink directly it will clump up.

You can order samples from vitalady.com.  I ordered different samples to see which ones I liked.  I put more water and ice than they call for.

Good luck.

I used Carb Control milk, almond milk and coconut milk to reduce carbs.  I can't drink a shake in water, either and I found those were really good in the shakes.

I bought it at Fred Meyer's, which is Kroger but I don't know if other stores sell it.
Have you tried their website?  Sometimes they list places to buy their products.

Well then I think you are going exactly what you should be. That's a very reasonable menu and a very reasonable amount of exercise.
