Oh I hate it when I do something like that and it happens more often than I would like to think.  Luckily, DH is up much later than me and mostly catchs my errors and gets them in the frig.

I've had a very busy day.  Payroll, paperwork, pool, PT, new glasses (frames broke), grocery and home.  Whew.  Now to cook supper but I had to sit for a little while.

decaf protein coffee  35g
sprouted toast with cheese and turkey bacon

pizza chips, cutie orange

Could you help me with my menu? Is this okay? Is 50 carbs too many per day? I am still at a stall =( Been 9.5 weeks now and I am @ a loss !! Started a different exercise routine so hoping the change gets the scales moving again lol !!!!Toes & fingers crossed !!!

My daily menu :
B= Protein shake made with 1% milk 35g Protein,240 Cals,15 Car S= Plain salad w/ cheese 1/2 C 0g Protein,38 Cals,
L= Grilled hamburger plain 9g Protein,144 Cals,0 Carb
1/4 C. veggies 1g Protein,18 Cals,3 Carb
S=Pure protein bar 20g Protein,180 Cals,17 Carb D=Oikos greek yogurt 11g Protein,160 Cals,18 Carb S= Hard boiled egg 8g Protein,70 Cals,0 Carbs

Thanks for any input still trying to figure this all out =)

Hi Roz!  Since I've moved.. it seems I left my scale in the storage unit in MI.  Decided not to wait for it and bought another one - I'm scared to DEATH to get on it... but I must...

B - coffee and 2 protein coffees (yea me!)
L - 1/2 some scrumptious club wrap and french fries - yep - ate way more than I should have because they were the kind I love and very salty...
D - some cashews (they used to be hard on my tummy, not so much anymore)

Vits;  yes
Water;  did ok

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I couldn’t wait to be told I could have real food again!  I received my wish yesterday.  I was told to have 90g protein a day and 64oz water.   I was also told, not to drink anything 15min before eating and 45min after eating.  I have never been a big morning eater so started at 11:30.  Did any of you have a mom like me; who if you complained about your food, you would get another scoop and made to sit there until it was gone?  That is what today felt like…ugh…so sick of eating.  Sorry to be complaining. 

L – Shredded bbq pork 18g protein

S – Protein hot choc 15g protein

D – Shredded bbq pork 20g protein

S – Ham deli meat 10g protein

Water 24oz. hoping to get another 20oz.

Vits all done but bedtime

I didn't know Mom's did that anymorel...LOL My Dad MADE us eat everything on our plate! I never did that to my girls.

WOW...BQ pork? How far out are you? I really like to see more GOOD Protein.

What kind of surgery did you have?

I am two weeks out from having the DS.  I think the pork was too heavy of a meat to eat yet.  My doc’s office said I could have basically any meats as long as they were puree with some sauce to help them slide down. 

Yes, my parents were old school. We had to eat everything on our plates.  I have four children (2 grown and out of the house, 1 in college, & 1 in HS) and I never followed that rule with mine either.  It has been taking me hours to eat a couple of ounces of anything.  I’m trying to figure out, how to get all my water in when I’m eating so long?

Hi Roz,
I have a refrigerator full of food that I hope is still good when we get back home next Wednesday. 
It was a wild day at work today and I could not even get on line after early this morning.  I had to finish a lot of things so I could be off tomorrow - next Wednesday.  I am so ready for our trip.  Clock is set for 4:15am to get up and get ready to head out.  11 hour trip. We hope to get on the road by 5 or 5:30.
Here is the bad day I had today:
B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  2 Pizza Chips w/ pizza sauce
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S:  1/2 cookie
D:  Popcorn

Vitamins:  Done
Water/fluids:  110 ozs
Miles:  None - except moving tables & chairs tonight.
