I've had a very busy day. Payroll, paperwork, pool, PT, new glasses (frames broke), grocery and home. Whew. Now to cook supper but I had to sit for a little while.

I couldn’t wait to be told I could have real food again! I received my wish yesterday. I was told to have 90g protein a day and 64oz water. I was also told, not to drink anything 15min before eating and 45min after eating. I have never been a big morning eater so started at 11:30. Did any of you have a mom like me; who if you complained about your food, you would get another scoop and made to sit there until it was gone? That is what today felt like…ugh…so sick of eating. Sorry to be complaining.

I am two weeks out from having the DS. I think the pork was too heavy of a meat to eat yet. My doc’s office said I could have basically any meats as long as they were puree with some sauce to help them slide down.
Yes, my parents were old school. We had to eat everything on our plates. I have four children (2 grown and out of the house, 1 in college, & 1 in HS) and I never followed that rule with mine either. It has been taking me hours to eat a couple of ounces of anything. I’m trying to figure out, how to get all my water in when I’m eating so long?
I have a refrigerator full of food that I hope is still good when we get back home next Wednesday.
It was a wild day at work today and I could not even get on line after early this morning. I had to finish a lot of things so I could be off tomorrow - next Wednesday. I am so ready for our trip. Clock is set for 4:15am to get up and get ready to head out. 11 hour trip. We hope to get on the road by 5 or 5:30.
