Am I the only one to do stupid things??  I boiled chicken last night for tonight's dinner and forgot to put it in the fridge.  I guess the neighborhood wildlife are going to be eating good today.   Wasted money and wasted time!

Sorry about your chicken, Roz. I hope you find some nice critters to eat it. I have a neighbor who thinks his two beautiful weimaraners are back yard furniture. They get my left overs now and then.

And thanks for reminding me I need to pick up a chicken or two to boil for allergy diet cat. Boy, does he eat good.

I still have no idea what I'm going to make for dinner.  I guess I will grab something to cook on the grill since we haven't gotten any rain yet and it's beautiful out.

Good menu!

It makes me so mad at myself because I told my DD I would do the late evening feeding for the baby so I was still in the kitchen until after midnight and I still didn't notice.

Good menu!

I don't do it often but now I have to stop somewhere after work instead of going straight home.

Watch the cashews...they can be hard on your tummy.
