Menus and Miles Monday March 12th

Hi Guys,

MENU:
B: green tea with half and half
S: protein shake (35-45g)
L: cheese and pepperoni of a slice of pizza (10g)
S: protein shake with frozen cherries (35-45g)
D: chicken broth
S: maybe 1 cup of popcorn. Hopefully not. Trying to cut out after dinner eating.

VITAMINS:
One batch of calcium left

MILES:
5 pushups (it's all I can do)
3 sets of 5 different arm exercises (weights)
3 sets of 20 squats
Headed out for a walk as soon as it's not so freakin sunny and bright outside. Did I mention I hate DST?

S pnut butter n jelly no bread...after maker a zillion of these over the last 3 weeks i am craving one lol

 How do you make PBJ with no bread?  I bought some all natural PB and some Better 'n PB with chocolate, but it is still sitting in the pantry because I don't know hot to eat it without bread!

i mixed some pn butter and grape  "All Fruit" together in a small bowl and ate it with a spoon...worked for me,lol!
