Hi Roz,
Do you have to go back to work tomorrow? I would love to take a nap right now, but I guess I need to stay at work... DGD#2 has a cold/cough. DD took her to the doctor yesterday(they are open Saturday & Sunday) and got her some meds. Hopefully she will be better tomorrow and able to go to daycare. Everything down here is yellow - covered in pollen already. Looks like it is going to be a bad allergy year.
I've already messed up bad today, but here it is:
B: Protein Decaf Coffee
S: Decaf Coffee
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L: Chicken pot pie(made with Atkins flour - I like the Carbquik better)
1/2 chocolate covered doughnut
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D: Pizza Chips & maybe some salad w/ lite rasp vineg dressing
S: Carbsmart Ice Cream w/ sf chocolate syrup
Vitamins: Morning Done
Water/Fluids: 60 ozs so far
Miles: None today

Yep. 822 on myfitnesspal pal. I didn't eat a full portion of dinner, but very close. I have been eating full fat cheese so that really adds the calories. 220 for 2 oz of Boars Head horseradish cheddar cheese, which I highly recommend with their Londonport roast beef. Plus the Shanghai beef is PF Changs At Home pre made meal. It's high in calories too. Yummy and super easy though.
Two meetings today with bad news with changes. They are going to regulate us to death with all these changes. But my knee is better and I am feeling like I have turned a corner.
Today has been better eating after all the junk over the weekend. I just don't do well when traveling and there is nothing but carbs in front of me all the time. I took a protein bar, pizza chips and still ate junk. Oh well, today is another day.
decaf protein coffee 35g
eggbeaters, cheese, tomatoes
pizza chips
lemon tea 23g
pizza chips
hamburger patty, salad
protein shake 35g
