I have to reset 2 clocks.  The others reset themselves.  Isn't that cool?  I love technology.  I am going to take this opportunity to make sure the living room clock is correct.  I keep showing up to stuff too early because it is 10 minutes ahead.  I was military trained to show up 15 min before any appt.  Lately I've been 25-30 minutes early for everything!

My goal for today

B1: 2 protein coffees. 28 g
B2: egg beaters and cheese 14 g
L: deli meat and cheese roll ups with a pickle 19 g
D:  steak and steamed veggies 28 g

Protein total = 89 g

Water.  Vitamins.  Potassium supplement *yuck*

I just noticed the one on my stove isn't set.  DH never gets them exactly right. Comparing the kitchen clock to my computer I might be late for things.  I'm going to have to get him to fix it.

Sounds Good!

I grew up in a small church.  When I visit I still know practically everyone there.  We go to a church that has a few thousand people.  It is considered large for our little town but small compared to the big ones down in Pittsburgh.

We eat out a lot and I still hate it.  I usually stick with soup because I don't do well talking and eating at the same time.

Starting the day out Great!

No..no grandkids.  When I left SIL and the little ones were all sleeping so we just snuck out.  We went out to eat with other SIL and DGD after church.  If you don't want to go to TX Roadhouse then you don't ask DGD where she wants to go...LOL  DH and I were guessing in the car how many rolls SIL would let her eat since DD#1 is still in FL.   He left her have 3!!!   I have to keep my mouth shut and pretend I didn't count if DD asks me.  Then he told us they went there Friday evening too.  I didn't even ask how many she had that night.

It's in the 70's here today so SIL took the older ones outside and I have the baby. He has helped a lot so the weekend really hasn't been to bad.  I will be on night duty tonight because he has to go to work in the morning.  DD's come home tomorrow afternoon.

Good Menu!

I agree but my DH waits for the clocks to change in the spring because he goes in an hour earlier and gets to come home an hour earlier.

I love fajitas!  I usually just eat the meat and vegetables but I might ask for a lettuce wrap next time.

Good Menu!
