I am not quite sure how my body will lose. After my little stall I lost 4lbs in a week, then this week 2. I don't know if I will be consistant or rollercoater:) i guess I will find out.

I did weigh myself on my mother in law's scale...I LIKED it but since it wasn't my usual, I can't claim it...I actually saw 129 on it yesterday.

On the other hand, dh is down to 149 as of today...NOT a good thing but still in range, he just looks like he's gonna blow away. So I told him we needed to log food for awhile to see if he's getting enough protein/fat/calories in per day.

So I am fairly new to this site... we all weigh ourselves each Sunday?  I can get on board with this.  I am in month 1 of my 3 month required pre-op so there won't be much change but I am still trying to get in the habbit of some routines.
