Spanks should definitely do the trick.  I tried them to help me with all of my loose skin and I thought its just not worth it.  I didn't lose all this weight to feel miserable when I leave the house.  I do wear a light weight panty girdle but it isn't unberably tight.

Hope you had fun!

Hi Roz,
Glad you got some rest - hope you got some groceries today.
It has been a very busy weekend. I have just been able to get on line since work yesterday!!  Both DGD's spent the night last night. They went home this afternoon and then we had the 5K race tonight. We had a ball!!  I actually jogged 2/3 of it.  Didn't have a really fast time - but I did it!

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S;  Decaf Coffee - Part of DGD's biscuit
S:  Lemon Tea protein Drink
L:  Baked Pork Chop
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S:  Nectarine
S:  Banana - after race
S;  Graham cracker w/ SF Peanut butter
Don't know which of these would be considered dinner...

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  120 ozs
Miles:  3.2 miles - jogged most of it.

First and most importantly,  I have had at least 64 oz of water today.  I also took my morning vitamins. It is almost 8 pm and I had 2 protein coffees and 6 Ikea meatballs today.  I am not hungry and nothing sounds good.  I don't even think carbs sound good.  (there are loaded mashed potatoes in the fridge) I don't even know who I am anymore.  I'm sure one day of light eating won't hurt me.  But, I'm just so bored with eggs, beans, cheese, meat and shrimp.  Oh well.  Eat to live, not live to eat.  I'll try to do better tomorrow.

Eat to live, not live to eat........You hit the nail on the head!

I've always been a routine eater.  I could and still can eat the same things every day.

As long as your day isn't low on Protein eating light won't hurt you.  Being low on Protein will make you tired and slow down your weight loss.

I hope things are better for you tomorrow!!!
