L: worked through it too, but 48 oz of water down!
S: 2 oz cheese and crackers 14 g
D: I don't know maybe like a 16 oz steak LOL
S: protein drink 28 g whether I like it or not
I have been crazy busy at work today. I was able to drink water, thank goodness, but when I had a moment to eat my belly was too full of water, then the next patient came. I'm definately going all protein for dinner. I will suck it up and choke down a protein drink for dessert too.
LOL...You might be able to eat a 16 oz. steak if you spread it over the weekend. If you just stay determined to drink the protein drinks you will eventually start to like them. I crave them now.

Another long day at work, but made it through without any white flours or sugars! Whew!

Sill not super carb free but ten fold better than what I was eating.
