I look at the English muffins practically every time I go to the store.   They always seem to have a display in the center isle, but I know it's just a waste of money for me.

Don't apologize for what you eat.  This isn'i a diet and we all enjoy a few extra things once in awile.

S - Fage Greek yogurt and protein coffee (30g)

S - slice of thin crust 5-sausage pizza

I don't know how you do it with your grand kids.  When my one grandson comes to visit I am plum wore out every night!

B:  2 protein coffees  28 g
S:  worked through it
L:  worked through it too, but 48 oz of water down!
S:  2 oz cheese and crackers  14 g
D:  I don't know maybe like a 16 oz steak LOL
S:  protein drink 28 g whether I like it or not

I have been crazy busy at work today.  I was able to drink water, thank goodness, but when I had a moment to eat my belly was too full of water, then the next patient came.  I'm definately going all protein for dinner.  I will suck it up and choke down a protein drink for dessert too.

The two grandson's live here so I'm  use to their routine.  Im just not use to doing the all night bottles and diapers.  I don't think I could have done it before WLS.

LOL...You might be able to eat a 16 oz. steak if you spread it over the weekend.  If you just stay determined to drink the protein drinks you will eventually start to like them.  I crave them now.

I don't even know how I did it with newborns.  I am definitely too old for that.  I got a break today because my DGD is spending the night with her other grandma and my daughter is off with friends for the night.  I love having the house to myself.  Well, me and 4 dogs, 3 of which are on top of me right now.

B protein decaf, protein pudding

L BBQ chicken thigh, 3 strawberries

S Greek yogurt with sf pudding mix, Cool Whip and a sliced strawberry

D taco casserole on a tostado with sour cream

S Greek yogurt with sf pudding and Cool Whip

S maybe popcorn with butter if I am hungry

Another long day at work, but made it through without any white flours or sugars! Whew!
What a terrific grandma you are Roz! I know you will be sleeping well after all this!
B protein coffee 26g
2nd breakfast  slice of aspargus frittata with a branacrisp wafer.
Lunch chicken breast with spinach salad
snack 2 string cheeses
Snack 1 hard boil egg
Late supper with hubby after work, hamburger patty, no bun and a few bites of salad
Vites done
Miles ran all day at work
Liquids 44oz, got behind today

L: egg & bacon crust less quiche (home made)

S: protein shake & cup of tea, sliced tomato and a slice of cheese

D: home made lasagna with super thin home made pasta sheets

S: protein shake, cup of tea, home made short bread cookie

Sill not super carb free but ten fold better than what I was eating.
