WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!
I was up every 3 hours feeding and changing the baby but Houston slept until 11:00 this morning so I got to rest a little. I did make a Protein Drink but I don't remember finishing it so I'm going have to go and find it after I post.
Gotta run...Houston wants to play cars...check on you all later.
I've been on Maintenance 2 1/2 years and doing great!!!

I have only taken a couple of very small sips of cola since I've been on maintenance and I couldn't stand the carbonation. That made me happy because I don't want to add that to my lists of habits. Diet Pepsi and a snickers bar or chips.....I can't take the chance.

I made Linda's pizza chips and they are definately yummy. Now to figure out where to hide them so they don't disappear.

I'm glad today is Friday. We are having a sleep over tonight too. Both DGD's are coming to spend the night.
Glad you got some rest this morning. Hope you find your protein drink!! I'm so afraid my little ones are going to get into my calcium because it does look like candy. I need to really put it up in a cabinet.
