Just got home from hospital...need some encouragement!!

Hi Kaysmommy...thanks for your reply...I know exactly what you wen through and how you felt...it is a scarey situation...I am trying to put this experience in perspective...I never seen it coming!!!  Today, I up and moving around more...so I must be on the mend...I did lose my appetite but I found it today!!!!  Yesterday and last night I had bouts of nausea...it came in waves...Im trying not to get depressed and its hard not to.  Hoping you recover fully and are back in the swing of things too real soon...Hugs

What did your surgeon say...after the fact?

I'm sorry you had to go through that.  A bowel obstruction has always been a concern for me.  Thank goodness they caught it and you went to ER.  I sincerely hope you have a very quick recovery.  Do you have a support system at home?

Thank you dasie for your message....I have always worried about a bowel obstruction and now believe me I know how it starts...I will keep a keen eye on myself more from here on in...I am feeling better as each day goes by...even my thoughts are more positive...I was just scared I think...I have wonderful support system at home...the best!!!!  Im very lucky to have lots of help...

Praying for your speedy recovery!! Hope you start to feel better.  I am glad they figured out what it was quickly and got it taken care of.

Thanks TiffLori86 for your message of concern....It was a very scarey thing to go through...but each day has been getting easier...and thanks to that wonderful caring dr. who stayed late to make sure I was ok....he was an angel!!!!
