Stress=eating, Have I learned nothing?!
Hun, everyone turns to food sometimes, even people who have never been where we are weight-wise. Don't beat yourself up over a natural human response. Just figure out what you have to change to get your life back on track so your weight isn't "one more thing" overwhelming you.
Also, lack of sleep and injury do make us hungrier. My brain injury did that for me for a while, I called it Restless Brain Syndrome. Once I figured out what was going on, it was easier to deal with, but I didn't try to be 100% good because the most important thing was to HEAL. I figured my brain wanted carbs to heal so I gave it carbs and once it go better, then I started dealing with the weight.

Thanks for all the support, wish I would have posted sooner.
I just such a scary feeling. I havent felt this way since surgery.
I guess the tough part of maintenance begins, and to learn how to live life.
I really like the book title how to soothe yourself without food.
Thanks everyone, have a great day!
