i got it at Ingles which is a local to NC chain.  I'm keeping it in the freezer since it will take me forever to eat all of it.

It's been a while so I thought I would check in with my food.  I am less stressed out about what I am eating.  It is feeling a little more natural to eat this way.  

B Protein decaf, Greek yogurt with sf chocolate pudding mix, sour cream and Cool Whip.

L Chicken thigh baked in ground popcorn.  I used to make this years ago as a way to use left over popcorn.  Kind of like a Shake & Bake recipe.  Comes out pretty good.  I also had some strawberries.

S sf fudgecicle


D Taco casserole on a tostado with sour cream

S Greek yogurt again, either with sf chocolate pudding or cheesecake pudding and sf strawberry jello mix and some strawberries.

S Popcorn with butter

S cookie made with oatmeal, sf chocolate chips and protein powder

Weight has been stable at 101 to 103 for over a month.  I am pretty comfortable with how I am eating at this point.  I can tell that I can eat more at times and other times I get full pretty easily.
I also found out that I can use the gym at my school for free.  The hours are pretty limited but that's OK.  I exercised for 35 minutes yesterday.  To busy to go today and tomorrow but I'm going to try to hit it Friday and Saturday.  After I get used to using the machines I'm going to try some weights.  I am still only 3 weeks out from my surgery so I'm sure it's too early to do weights.

I'm glad you are finally settling in on the scales.  It must have been pretty scarey  to keep losing when you were eating so much.  

Also glad to see you are getting in a lot of Protein.
