I'm in a good mood even though my stall has not yet broken.  The weather is lovely and is supposed to be even better than tomorrow.  Hubby is home from his trip.  Men are outside building us a lovely patio.  Spring has almost sprung.

I did weight training and zumba this morning and I am having a good menu day today.  I'm all sorted and organized.

Miles: one hour zumba, and 30 mins weight training

Menu:

Breakfast:   Two coffees   one protein shake

lunch:  Sushi, and seaweed salad

dinner:  mixed green salad with egg and tomato, sliced lean ham

evening snack: second shake

1000 calories    21 g fat    80g protein  60g carbs.  (carbs are a bit higher than I intended for this week, but the sushi (rice) seems to have more than I realized.  On the whole not too bad though.

Cloudy here off and on but warmer and not so much wind.

4 hrs on the CPM so far and 30 min working out in the pool.  The hip treatment helped and now I am more comfortable pressing the machine up and I have been around 100+ degrees both sessions.  Nights are still uncomfortable and I am using pain meds then and PT but not during the days.

I found a new bread in the freezer section of the grocery.  It is made by "food for life" and is organic., flourless, low glycemic, sprouted 100% whole grain, complete protein.  80 cal a slice, 15g carb, 3 fiber, 0sugar, 4 protein.  It does have wheat but it is sprouted, not flour.  Anyway, I had a piece for lunch and it was very good.  Much better than any of the thin stuff or wraps.

decaf protein coffee  35g
celery, peanut butter
lemon tea protein  23g
turkey meatballs, sprouted grain toast
greek yogurt, strawberries, 1/2 scoop protein powder
chicken thigh
fish taco
protein shake

I'm so glad things are getting a little better for you!

I'll have to check out that bread.  What store did you buy it in? I rarely buy bread for myself because I usually only eat a couple of slices and then think about all of the carbs.  I need to start freezing it and only take out a slice when I need it.

Good Menu Price...lots of variety!
