Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

It is so pretty here today.  I'm ready for spring time!!

Here's the plan for today:
B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Insides of Stuffed Bell Pepper(Ran out of Peppers), 4 Sweet Potato Tots from Sonic-I have been wanting to try these - I put the rest of them in our work area - they will be gone in 2 minutes!!
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S:  CarbQuik Cinnamon Roll
D:  ??
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Graham Cracker w/ Reduced Fat Peanut Butter

Vitamins:  Morning done

65 here today. It's a little breezy but the sun feels wonderful!  My DD's contractor is kicking himself in the butt for not starting their house in the fall like they wanted.

How were the Potato Tots?  Were they deep fried?

It was the new Sweet Potato Tots at Sonic and I'm sure they were fried.  I've been wanting to try them so I thought if I got them when I had to come back to work, I could eat a few and give the rest away - food goes pretty quick around here so it wouldn't tempt me to eat more.
I am good with it now. I tried them and they were ok, but not something I would crave.

I guess she will get to pick out the colors and everything since they are having it built.  I've never had a new house.  I bet that would be exciting.  We were going to update our bathrooms with our tax refund, but since we didn't get any Federal back and have to pay - that project is on hold.

DD#1 built her house 3 years ago and it was fun but really stressful for her.  There are so many things she wishes they would have done differently.

DD#3 style is a really different than the rest of us so I'm action to see what she picks out.  I just hope she doesn't get mad at me when I keep reminding her to stay within budget.

Our house is an older ranch that we added on to and remodeled but we regret not taring it down and starting fresh.  No matter what we do to it, it is still old.

Hi Roz! Beautiful day here in OH today. Got out for a walk at lunch. one of my favorite co-workers was let go today -- really needed to walk! May get out again this afternoon. I hate it when you don't get to say good bye.

 sadly the same thing happened to my friend today.  She was fired over a year ago for something someone else did in a room fool of witnesses.  Not that it apparently mattered being in a right to work state.  She was out of work for a year and finally found a new job and lasted a month.  This time it is because she has to take her youngest to the doctor twice a month.

The manager says she liked her etc etc, "but needed someone who would be there from 8am to 5pm mon-fri.  period.  It sucks.  She is a single parent of three kids and this just sucks.  Particularly as he has just had his out of district pass revoked and now has to go to a school that she really, really doesn't want him to go to.

Hope she finds something else fast or she will end up homeless.

Well here goes to decarbing! Today is the day.
B 2 protein coffees with 2.5 scoops of protein and some light half and half  64g
L slice of asparagus fritata with a slice of bacon. 10g
S protein bar 14g
S protein shake cake
D one skewer of city chicken and a few bites of salad

Liquids 56 oz of water with  fresh lemon and lime with stevia
vites done except for nitetime iron
Miles Walked with Buddy 2 miles, missed yoga, dinner was late.

Need to get food ready for tomorrow and friday for my 12 hour shifts.

You will feel so much better about everything!  I was always hungry (for more carbs), had cravings, and felt really bloated.  I haven't lost any weight since I started decarbing but my pants fit a lot better.

Good Menu!  Remember to eat enough...no dieting.  Just make good choices.
