DD and SIL sign mortgage papers this morning so they can start building their house in a couple of weeks. They have been living with us for 3 years so they could save up enough for the down payment (I got broker with extra groceries and utilities). DH is very emotional when he thinks of our DGS not being here. I keep telling him they are only moving 10 minutes away but I understand it won't be like watching him play and holding him every night. There is going to bean adjustment period for us but this is going to be a Great move for DD and her family.

It will be like Empty Nest all over again. I think I would need a bigger house for either of my kids to move back in with us. I am so set in my ways. It is great that they could stay with you and save up money for a down payment though. I'm sure they really appreciated it.
Hope everyone is feeling better today after the scare you got yesterday and glad it was only the medicine.
