Good Morning. Support Group. A good NUT is hard to find...
...but we've scored another one. 
The last one had 2 days to train this one and she really must have hit it hard about listening to us and learning from us rather than preaching at us out of a 20 year old pamphlet that some theorist passed off as gospel. Had a great time with friends before support group and then support group with the new NUT went very well. We even got to stop and chat with Dr E.

Recover from having my DD home for a visit and DS's BD this weekend. Whew. Then catch up with the work I didn't get done when everything was going on. As much as I love my family, I love my empty home.

I was going to put it on your friday post. I mistakenly bought brownie mix instead of cake mix, opps. but I made it with 1/2c greek yogurt, 1/2c water and it was fine. Tasted ok, just not a lot of flavor. The SF vanilla pudding with the ff cream cheese was good and the topping was good. I ended up making it as a trifle instead of a cake. All in all, it was a success but not unbelievalbly flavorful? maybe I should have added some SF syurp somewhere. It's all gone so it must have been ok.

I'm glad y'all got another good one that will listen. You would think they would be calling successful people to find out what they are doing that works so they could help others be successful....
Work today. I need to go visit my hospice people at lunch today. DH and I are suppose to walk this afternoon. It will be my last chance before the 5K Saturday night.
